B.G.-- Before Grammy:
Kenneth takes his first tentative steps, carefully testing the waters on shaky legs. His record is 8 consecutive steps without holding onto anything for support.
A.G.-- After Grammy:
Kenneth walks everywhere, refuses to crawl anymore (that's for little babies, you know), has learned to blow his nose, can pronounce real words such as "cat", "car", and "ffffffish" in addition to his usual baby babble, loves to be tickled and knows how to ask (just put your hands on your belly and make tickle motions), and can tolerate eating Marmite on toast.

Baby self-service -- Now that he can walk everywhere, Kenneth can easily get to the snack cabinet and access his favorite snacks whenever desired. In this not-so-rare footage, he has been caught red-handed accessing the baby goodies by his grammy.
Kenneth's grammy is not your ordinary grandmother who bakes homemade cookies and kisses boo boos. No, this grammy is more like the supernanny in the popular TV show. Whereas mom and dad are easy pawns to King Kenneth, Kenneth met his match in his grammy. Being a primary school teacher for gifted and talented 12 year olds, Grammy Kim naturally has high standards. On the day she arrived, when mom and dad proudly mentioned Kenneth's 8-step walking record, Grammy replied, "8 steps...well, Kenneth, you can do better than that!" and immediately started drills with her grandson. Kenneth stayed home the next day with Grammy instead of going to day care so the two of them could get to know each other better. When the parents returned from work that evening, they came back to a different baby who was walking all over the house!
Grammy seems to have had a grand, family time with Nina, Kevin and Kenny, and was glad that she could be of help when Nina was physically incapacitated. I can assure that Kenny has nothing to worry about when loving and caring Grammy is around. Granddad
